For more than a decade Mark has lived with multiple sclerosis and insulin dependent diabetes. These two health challenges have required Mark to face and overcome enormous change. Along with his diagnoses came the demise of his career, his marriage and his financial independence. His is a story of fortitude, courage and coming through against the odds. Fourteen years after his diagnoses of multiple sclerosis Mark now runs his own company (Mark Horton & Associates Pty Ltd), specialising in personal and corporate mentoring. He is an international speaker and the author of his highly acclaimed book Power to Choose Challenge to Change. This presentation will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions concluding with Mark’s personal rendition of the Impossible Dream (he is the recipient of a vocal scholarship from the Canberra School of Music).
