The corporate mentoring program is designed specifically for executives with potential to advance one or more steps up the corporate ladder or an executive who is suitably placed, looking to increase their effectiveness and providing better corporate outcomes, self-esteem and growth. How the Mentoring Program WorksAn individual program is design by Mark with specific input from the individual and their immediate direct line of report and key stakeholders. Once the program is agreed, benchmarking and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are established along with expected outcomes. In tandem with the one-on-one work Mark also facilitates; INTEGRO Personal Development Program. "How Others See Me" Classic Personal Profile DiSC System. The importance of relationships between colleagues and clients is fundamental to the effectiveness of an executive and in turn their organisation. For this reason the INTEGRO "How Others See Me" plays a significant role in the mentoring program and is the foundation for many of the areas Mark may work with an executive on. The INTEGRO "How Others See Me" is a very simple program. Each participant is required to have 5 people who know them well fill in the “How Others See Me” profile, which takes about 15 minutes per person. Once the feedback is received it is then set into two phases A: "How Others See Me" Profiles: The profile covers 12 pages of personalised feedback describing your communication style as seen by your colleagues or staff. This report helps the individual to better understand:

Once the mentoring program is structured and the "How Others See Me" Profile is completed and a plan to go forward is agreed by all stakeholders, Mark then works with the individual executive as needed via internet and teleconference.
